3 Dippin' Good Fondues to Try

Fondue or Fun-Do? Add some fun to your next get-together or sweeten up the end of dinner time with three Fondues that are dippin’ good.

Chic Dining Dipper

The following recipes feature the Tupperware Chic Dining Dipper (available February 11 – 24, 2017 only).

Chocolate Peanut Crunch Fondue

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 tbsp. heavy cream, room temperature
1 tbsp. salted butter, room temperature
1 tsp. instant espresso powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup finely chopped roasted salted peanuts

1. In the base of the Tupperware Chic Dining Dipper, add water to maximum fill line; lock insert in place.
2. Add chocolate chips to one side of the dipper. Microwave on 60% power 90 seconds. Remove from microwave, set aside.
3. Meanwhile, in the 1-cup/250 mL Micro Pitcher, add cream, butter, espresso powder, and vanilla. Microwave on high power 25 seconds or until butter has melted. Pour over chocolate; let stand 1 minute more.
4. Stir chocolate mixture until smooth and glossy, about 1 minute.
5. Stir in peanuts, serve warm with a variety of cake cubes and fruit.

*Recipe will fill one side of the Tupperware Chic Dining Dipper. Repeat recipe to fill second side.

Dark Chocolate-Orange Fondue

½ cup dark chocolate chips
5 tbsp. heavy cream, room temperature
1 tbsp. salted butter, room temperature
Zest of 2 oranges
1 tsp. instant espresso powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. In the base of the Tupperware Chic Dining Dipper, add water to maximum fill line; lock insert in place.
2. Add chocolate chips to one side of the dipper. Microwave on 60% power 90 seconds. Remove from microwave, set aside.
3. Meanwhile, in the 1-cup/250 mL Micro Pitcher, add cream, butter, zest, espresso powder, and vanilla. Microwave on high power 25 seconds or until butter has melted. Pour over chocolate; let stand 1 minute more.
4. Stir chocolate mixture until smooth and glossy, about 1 minute.
5. Serve warm with a variety of cake cubes and fruit.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Fondue

½ cup white chocolate chips**
2 tbsp. heavy cream, room temperature
1 tbsp. salted butter, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup finely chopped toasted macadamia nuts

1. In the base of the Tupperware Chic Dining Dipper, add water to maximum fill line; lock insert in place.
2. Add white chocolate chips to one side of the dipper. Microwave on 60% power 90 seconds. Remove from microwave, set aside.
3. Meanwhile, in the 1-cup/250 mL Micro Pitcher, add cream, butter, and vanilla. Microwave on high power 20 seconds or until butter has melted. Pour over chocolate; let stand 1 minute more.
4. Stir white chocolate mixture until smooth and glossy, about 1 minute.
5. Stir in macadamia nuts; serve warm with a variety of cake cubes and fruit.

*Recipe will fill one side of the Tupperware Chic Dining Dipper. Repeat recipe to fill second side. If your brand of white chocolate chips contains cocoa butter, additional liquid may be needed to thin out the chocolate mixture. Stir in warm cream or warm water, 1 tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

• 1 lb. Italian Sausage Links, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
• 1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
• ½ cup beer*
• ½ cup chicken stock
• 2 tbsp. grainy mustard
• 2 tbsp. corn starch
• ½ tsp. kosher saltDirections:
1. In the base of the Microwave Pressure Cooker place sausage, peppers, and onion.
2. In a medium bowl stir together beer, stock, mustard, corn starch, and salt. Pour over sausage and peppers, stir to combine.
3. Secure cover onto base. Microwave on high power 10 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand 10 minutes or until pressure indicator valve is in the down position.
4. Serve with rice, pasta, potatoes, creamy polenta, or on a bun.
