Fall Spice Fruit Chip Dip

Put your Mandoline and Power Chef® System to work! A little sweet and a little spice equals a whole lotta YUM. Whip up a bowl of Fall Spice Fruit Chip Dip paired with freshly sliced apples, sit back and enjoy the crisp taste of fall.

Fall Spice Fruit Chip Dip

Yield: Makes 1½ cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
    Apple slices
  • 2 apples, cored

Instructions

  1. Pour heavy cream into base of Power Chef® System. Cover with Whip ’N Prep attachment and turn handle until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and turn handle until combined.

  1. Set Mandoline round knob to #6, set triangular knob to “lock” and select the straight v-shaped blade insert.
  2. Attach apples, one at a time, to food guider and push food guider down Mandoline to slice into discs.
  3. Serve immediately with dip.
