Lit’l Nuggets

Instead of fries, serve your little ones chicken nuggets on top of a fun confetti salad of shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese. A light and tangy dressing makes this a sure-fire hit.

Lit’l Nuggets

Ingredients

  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz./225 g bagged taco-style shredded lettuce
  • 8 oz./225 g bagged slaw mix
  • 1 cup mini hard pretzels
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 6 breaded prepared chicken fingers, cut into chunks
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, mustard and lemon juice. Set aside or refrigerate if not using immediately.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, slaw mix and prepared dressing.
  3. Top with pretzels, cheese, tomatoes and chicken.
  4. Serve immediately.

In base of Whip ’N Prep™ Chef, place
mayonnaise, honey, mustard and lemon
juice. Replace cover and turn handle to
thoroughly mix. Set aside or refrigerate if not
using immediately. In a large bowl, combine
lettuce, slaw mix and prepared dressing.
Top with pretzels, cheese, tomatoes and
chicken. Serve immediately.
