Grilled Turkey & Herb Burgers

Infuse ground turkey with fresh herbs and the Steak & Chop Seasoning for a leaner burger creation that’s sure to please. Guacamole adds a fresh, creamy finishing touch or you can experiment with other favorite toppings and condiments.

Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley, loosely packed
  • ¼ cup cilantro, loosely packed
  • 1 lb./455 g ground turkey
  • 2 tsp. Simple Indulgence Steak & Chop Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place green onions, parsley and cilantro in base of Quick Chef® Pro System. Cover and turn handle until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer to a medium bowl and add turkey and seasoning blend, stirring to combine thoroughly.
  3. Form into four patties and grill until no longer pink in the middle or until reaching an internal temperature of 160° F/72° C.

Notes

Serve on buns or rolls with Swiss cheese, guacamole, red onion and tomato.
