A slightly rustic take on an old finger-food classic, these crispy, cheesy potato wedges will be an instant family and friend favorite at your Superbowl party.

Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 3 russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. coarse kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F/232° C.
  2. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl, seal and shake until potatoes are coated.
  3. Spread out potatoes onto baking sheet lined with Silicone Wonder® Mat.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and deep golden brown.
