Shake and Bake Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpeas, cooked
- 1 tsp. coarse kosher salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C.
- Combine ingredients in medium bowl, seal and shake until chickpeas are fully coated with ingredients.
- Spread coated chickpeas out onto baking sheet lined with Silicone Wonder® Mat.
- Bake 35–40 minutes or until dry and crunchy.
