Orchard Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 small apples, cored and quartered
  • ½ red pepper, seeded and quartered
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • ½ tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
  • 3 limes, juiced using Zest 'N Press® Gadget
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in base of Quick Chef®Pro System fitted with blade attachment. Turn handle to process until coarsely chopped.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
