Memphis-Style Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp. Steak & Chop Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard powder
- 1 tbsp. Spanish paprika
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
Makes 7 tbsp. (Enough for 6–7 lbs./2.7–3.6 kg of meat).
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Rub onto your spare ribs, chicken and other favorite meats prior to grilling.
