Ingredients

    Makes 7 tbsp. (Enough for 6–7 lbs./2.7–3.6 kg of meat).
  • 3 tbsp. dark brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp. Steak & Chop Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tbsp. dry mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp. Spanish paprika
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Rub onto your spare ribs, chicken and other favorite meats prior to grilling.

Notes

Store prepared rub in Snack Cup for up to 1 year.

1 tbsp. dry mustard powder
