Strawberry, mango, peach, peanut butter…start your day off with a burst of energy—or say hello to a midday boost—with a delicious and easy to prepare smoothie!

Using your Power Chef™ System (or Smooth Chopper when available), add ingredients to base, cover and pull cord until combined. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add in a little honey. Use your choice of yogurt: nonfat, low fat, whole or Greek. Substitute silken tofu for yogurt if you want a creamy dairy-free or vegan smoothie.

Strawberry Orange

Makes 1 cup

½ cup strawberries
¼ cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt
¼ cup orange juice

Mango Pineapple

Makes 1 cup

½ cup frozen mango
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup pineapple juice


Makes 1 cup

½ cup blueberries, blackberries, or mixed berries
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
¼ cup orange juice


Makes 1 cups

½ cup peaches
¼ cup vanilla or peach yogurt
¼ cup orange or grapefruit juice

Strawberry Banana

Makes 1 cup

½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ sliced banana
¼ cup milk

Peanut Butter Banana

Makes 1 cup

½ frozen banana, sliced
1 tbsp. peanut butter
¼ cup milk + 1-2 tbsp. depending on desired consistency
