Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped using the Chop ’N Prep Chef
  • 1 lb./455 g ground chuck
  • 1 lb./455 g ground pork
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. Steak & Chop Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Divide mixture into 50 portions and form meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on a baking pan, lined with the Silicone Wonder® Mat, and bake 20 minutes.
