Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped using the Chop ’N Prep Chef
- 1 lb./455 g ground chuck
- 1 lb./455 g ground pork
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Steak & Chop Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Divide mixture into 50 portions and form meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking pan, lined with the Silicone Wonder® Mat, and bake 20 minutes.
