Spinach & Pear Salad

If you fancy blue cheeses, go for the good stuff. Maytag and Danish blues are some of the best, and a little goes a long way.

Spinach & Pear Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package baby spinach leaves
  • 2 Anjou pears, peeled, cored and sliced
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup Gorgonzola or bleu cheese crumbles
    Poppy Seed Dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • ½ tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp. poppy seeds
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place spinach, chopped walnuts and pears in a large bowl. Sprinkle cheese over salad. Drizzle dressing on top and toss lightly to combine.

  1. Add all ingredients to base of Quick Shake® Container. Replace cover and shake until well combined.
