If you fancy blue cheeses, go for the good stuff. Maytag and Danish blues are some of the best, and a little goes a long way.
Spinach & Pear Salad
Ingredients
- 1 package baby spinach leaves
- 2 Anjou pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup Gorgonzola or bleu cheese crumbles
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. honey
- ½ tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tbsp. poppy seeds
- salt and pepper
Poppy Seed Dressing
Instructions
- Place spinach, chopped walnuts and pears in a large bowl. Sprinkle cheese over salad. Drizzle dressing on top and toss lightly to combine.
- Add all ingredients to base of Quick Shake® Container. Replace cover and shake until well combined.
