Strawberry & Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- ½ lb. sliced strawberries
- 10 oz./285 g baby spinach
- 4 oz./115 g crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
- Honey Mustard Dressing
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine strawberries and baby spinach. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and toasted pine nuts. Drizzle with your favorite dressing.
