Cooking times listed in recipes are based on stacking, preparing three dishes at once. If you’re preparing a single dish on its own, cook 8-10 minutes.

Breaded Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • ½ tsp. coarse kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or crumbled crackers

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt.
  2. Fold cutlets in half and place folded edge towards outside of 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole.
  3. Spread mustard and Greek yogurt onto chicken. Cover in breadcrumbs or crumbled crackers.
  4. Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.

4 filetes (cutlets) de pollo
½ cdta. de sal kosher gruesa
1 cda. de mostaza
¼ de taza de yogurt griego
½ taza de pan rallado o galletas de soda trituradas

1. Sazona el pollo con sal.
2. Dobla los filetes por la mitad y colócalos con el lado doblado hacia arriba en la Olla Apilable de 1¾ cuartos/1.75 L.
3. Unta el pollo con mostaza y yogurt griego. Cúbrelo con pan rallado o galletas de soda trituradas.
4. Apila las Ollas y llévalas al microondas, en potencia alta, por 15 a 20 minutos. Déjalas reposar por 5 minutos.

Portion : 1 morceau de poulet

4 escalopes de poulet
½ c. à thé de gros sel kasher
1 c. à soupe de moutarde
¼ tasse de yogourt grec
½ tasse de chapelure ou de craquelins en miettes

1. Assaisonner le poulet avec du sel.
2. Plier les escalopes en deux et mettre le côté plié vers l’extérieur du plat de 1 ¾ pte/1,75 L.
3. Étendre la moutarde et le yogourt grec sur le poulet. Couvrir de chapelure ou de craquelins en miettes.
4. Superposer et cuire au micro-ondes à puissance élevée pendant 15–20 minutes. Laisser reposer pendant 5 minutes.

    Does this come out crispy?

      Derese, we found using crackers instead of breadcrumbs created the crispiest skin. Make sure to pile the majority of the crumbs on top of the chicken as the bottom side will not come out crispy.
