Grilled Turkey & Herb Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 green onions, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup parsley, loosely packed
- ¼ cup cilantro, loosely packed
- 1 lb./455 g ground turkey
- 2 tsp. Simple Indulgence Steak & Chop Seasoning
Instructions
- Place green onions, parsley and cilantro in base of Quick Chef® Pro System. Cover and turn handle until finely chopped.
- Transfer to a medium bowl and add turkey and seasoning blend, stirring to combine thoroughly.
- Form into four patties and grill until no longer pink in the middle or until reaching an internal temperature of 160° F/72° C.
Notes
Serve on buns or rolls with Swiss cheese, guacamole, red onion and tomato.
